Originally the site of a doublewide modular home, this mountain top perch was the perfect place for a new build.
Sweeping views of southern New Hampshire would lead the design of this new home.
While the modular home wasn’t salvageable, the 2,300 sq. ft. foundation was ready for new life. A high-performance envelope, very close to Net Zero, was the perfect pairing. MPA oriented the home toward the dramatic views and opened the primary living space toward the southern sun.
A full walk-out lower level lends itself to daylit space, while the main level is raised to capture the stunning views of the property.
