Winchester Fire Station Feasibility Study

Winchester, New Hampshire

Client: Town of Winchester, NH
Year completed: 2025
Square footage: 8,200 square feet
Estimated cost of construction: $4.4 million

Michael Petrovick Architects worked with the Winchester Fire Department on a feasibility study to rehabilitate or replace their fire station. The study produced two options for the department and town to consider. The first option to rehabilitate and expand the existing station includes spaces for administration, the department’s EMS ambulances, and living quarters for on-duty staff. The second option to build a new facility at another location in town uses a similar plan, altered to eliminate the restrictions of the existing building.
